Solution Consultant will be responsible for understanding the requirements, and subsequently leading development & support efforts toward the creation, implementation, testing and support of cloud software solutions. This role is responsible for interacting with functional consultants to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications in an Agile environment.
It requires the analyst/ configurator to work closely with Project managers and functional managers during the configuration lifecycle.
He/ she is expected to monitor all the requests (defects and enhancements) posted to the maintenance group.
Reproduce all issues posted by the client, provide guidance when needed and solve configuration requests.
Escalate to the Engineering team for issues that are beyond configuration (code related) and work with the Engineer until full resolution and communication to the client.
Escalate risks on unresolved issues
Take ownership of the quality for the configuration requests that he/she delivers
Communicate with the clients and schedule deliveries and scope with them as necessary.
Develop deep functional expertise in Ivalua Solution.
Undergo Ivalua certification.
Candidate with 2-4 years’ experience in e-procurement software configuration
Expertise in e-procurement software configuration
Functional knowledge of SRM, Sourcing, BoM and Procurement value chain
Experience of building Functional/Technical specifications, roadmaps/blueprints for clients globally
Prior exposure to .NET software development and integration
Expertise in SQL, SSO (Single sign on), Web development, XML and software best practices
Hands on experience of Ivalua or any e-procurement cloud based solution configuration and integration is desirable
Working knowledge of SDLC as well as Agile software cycle preferred
Good to have functional knowledge of SRM, Sourcing, BoM and Procurement value chain
Ivalua certified configuration or any other e-procurement tool (Desired)
Aptitude to directly communicate with clients and work in close collaboration with our project managers(Desired)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

Fluent in Thai. Preferably local Thai national, based out of Bangkok
Understanding of procurement solutions would be an added advantage

Should have at least 4 years of consulting experience

Master’s degree in business administration
Previous consulting experience is a must
